The Assistant Director of Student Activities for Fraternity and Sorority Life provides strategic direction, leadership, and operational support to the University's fraternity and sorority community, while actively supporting broader departmental initiatives. This position blends specialized advising and risk management for national and local fraternities and sororities, along with general student activities duties, including student organization advisement, student center building operations/event support, and the supervision of student event technicians. Serving as a vital mentor and educator, the Assistant Director fosters a vibrant, inclusive, and safe, campus life experience.

Work Schedule:
Typical weekly schedule of 8:30am-5:00pm and rotation for weekend coverage
Required presence at major campus wide events, (i.e.) Family Weekend, Senior Week, Orientation/Welcome Week, Admissions Admitted Student Weekends, Commencement, Conferences, Formals, etc.
Campus Activities requires a consistent on sight management presence. Student Activities late at night, early mornings, and weekends may be required occasionally.
