  4. Support strategic communications and marketing initiatives, including special campaigns, media archiving, branding consistency, and departmental projects.
  5. Coordinate athletics compliance activities by monitoring NCAA, MIAC, and institutional requirements; maintaining compliance systems and records; preparing required reports and forms; and providing guidance on applicable rules and legislation.
  6. Partner across the College on athletics compliance and student programming, including working with the Registrar’s Office and Faculty Athletics Representative and serving as co-advisor to the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  • Enjoy telling compelling stories through digital media, writing, visual content, and live production.
  • Are comfortable taking ownership of projects, making decisions, and adapting when priorities or game-day needs change quickly.
  • Like balancing creative work with the organization and attention to detail needed to manage rules, records, deadlines, and compliance responsibilities.
  • Enjoy working with students and helping them develop their skills through training, guidance, and feedback.
