In this role, you will support the Regional Director in overseeing daily operations, driving program development, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple program areas including Day Programs, Home Skills Development, Community Networking, Personal Assistance Services, Independent Supported Living, and Shared Living. You will help lead and support teams, maintain compliance, ensure high-quality documentation, and foster a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and support program teams to deliver high-quality services that positively impact individuals and families

· Assist in developing, growing, and enhancing multiple service programs to meet community needs

· Coach, mentor, and supervise Program Coordinators and Support Staff to drive engagement and performance

· Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, funding sources, and regulatory agencies

· Support hiring processes, ensuring all team members meet qualification and compliance standards

· Ensure completion and documentation of required staff training and compliance requirements

· Oversee accurate and timely documentation, billing support, and recordkeeping practices

· Participate in strategic planning and help implement organizational goals and quality improvement initiatives

· Manage escalated concerns and guide teams through problem-solving and crisis situations effectively

· Represent the organization professionally while fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required

· OR relevant experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities may be substituted year-for-year in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required

· Ability to pass background screenings including criminal, driving, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks

· Strong leadership, supervision, and team-building skills

· Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex situations

· Proficiency with computers, documentation systems, and reporting tools

· Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

· Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality

· Ability to work on-call as required by the regional office schedule

Physical Requirements

· Perform sedentary work, including sitting for extended periods with occasional standing or walking

· Use hands, fingers, and arms repetitively for typing and writing tasks

· Occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds

· Assist with physical transfers or lifting of individuals when required

· Perform CPR and First Aid as needed
