Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours
Schedule: Evenings, (1:45pm-10:15pm) every other weekend and rotating OnCall responsibilities

In this role, you will lead your shift by example, splitting your time between direct care and operational oversight
60 Days In: You’ll dig into our electronic systems, master best practices, and establish your groove within the home

Qualifications
We need a dependable, flexible "change agent" who can pivot at a moment's notice and communicate beautifully with a diverse team
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) or a related field
Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and current vehicle insurance
Ability to work irregular hours, stand/walk for extended periods, and safely lift/transfer individuals as required
Certifications (Can obtain after hire!):
CPR and First Aid Certification (Required)
Medication Aide (40-hour) certification (Highly preferred upfront, but we will help you get certified!)
