Ready to take your leadership skills to the next level in a fast-paced campus environment? Chartwells Higher Education is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services I – Residential Dining at George Mason University - a dynamic, rapidly growing campus just outside Washington, D.C.
In this role, you’ll be a key leader in overseeing the daily operations of a high volume residential dining hall on campus. From leading and developing a high-performing team to driving operational success and building strong client relationships, you’ll play an essential part in delivering an outstanding dining experience for students.
You’ll also help shape the future of campus dining by supporting financial goals, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
