
[What the role is]
The Advanced Manufacturing division supports the development of Singapore's manufacturing enterprises through grant programmes and enterprise development initiatives. This role sits within the division's operations team, providing essential support to ensure grant processes and day-to-day functions run smoothly and efficiently.
[What you will be working on]
This portfolio plays a key part in supporting the division's grant administration, stakeholder engagement, and operational functions.
Grant Support
You will process incoming grant applications and claims, performing first-point-of-contact duties to ensure cases are received, reviewed, and progressed in a timely manner.
Conduct back-end checks on grant cases to ensure accuracy and completeness before progression.
Analyse grant application data and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management to support decision-making.
Stakeholder & Enquiry Management
Attend to enquiries from companies and applicants via phone and email, providing clear and accurate information on grant processes and requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams where necessary to resolve enquiries or escalate cases appropriately.
Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the division, including maintaining records, tracking case statuses, and supporting internal processes.
Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as required to support the smooth running of the division.
[What we are looking for]
What You'll Be Using and Applying
Experience in administrative or operations support roles, with the ability to manage case processing, documentation, and record-keeping in a structured and organised manner.
Familiarity with grant processing or programme administration is an advantage, particularly in reviewing applications and conducting back-end checks.
Ability to analyse data and consolidate information into clear reports for management, with a working proficiency in common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to handle enquiries professionally and correspond clearly with applicants and internal stakeholders.
