  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders and project partners.
  • Support stakeholder management planning and engagement across the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain an understanding of market conditions, project risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate across Mirvac teams to support project and broader business objectives.
  • Contribute to Mirvac’s innovation, sustainability, safety, risk and compliance objectives.
  • Take ownership of your professional development, building your knowledge and experience across the development industry.

Your Point of Difference

You’re an emerging development professional who is commercially minded, curious and ready to take the next step in your property career. You enjoy working collaboratively, can confidently manage competing priorities and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the creation of high-quality communities.

You’ll bring:

  • 2–4 years’ experience within the property development industry.
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications.
  • Solid commercial, financial and legal acumen.
  • A strong understanding of property development principles and processes.
  • Good project management and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Sound decision-making, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to grow your development expertise.

If you’re looking to grow your development career and play a role in shaping communities where people can thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
