Our Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join our Kindira MPC Development team in Brisbane.

Supporting the Development Manager and Senior Development Manager, you will gain broad exposure across the development lifecycle while contributing to the successful delivery of a landmark project. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging property professional looking to deepen their development expertise and build a long-term career with one of Australia's leading property groups.

Your Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Support the delivery of project outcomes across planning, approvals and project execution.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of development feasibilities, budgets and reporting.
  • Contribute to development programmes, project planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, correspondence and key project documentation.
  • Coordinate development applications and assist in managing approval processes.
  • Conduct market research and maintain awareness of industry trends and opportunities.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities and build strong relationships across internal and external networks.
  • Assist with project risk management and identify opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Contribute to Mirvac's sustainability, innovation, safety and compliance commitments.

Your Point of Difference

You are a driven and commercially minded property professional who is passionate about development and eager to grow your career in a high-performing team.

You will bring:

  • 2-4 years' experience within the property development industry or a related field.
  • Sound commercial, financial and legal acumen.
  • A strong understanding of the development process and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
  • Well-developed presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Construction, Planning, Engineering or a related discipline.
