Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project management and sales management;
  • Assist the supervisor in researching and formulating development strategies, operational plans, implementation proposals, and organizational design for the Contact Centre, and prepare feasible recommendation reports;
  • Analyze sales data and performance to support supervisor in routine reporting, while tracking the effectiveness of actions plans and adjustment recommendations;
  • Coordinate internal and external matters, serve as a communication bridge to oversee, manage, and support standardized operations, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and effective implementation, with regular progress reports to the supervisor;
  • Provide strategic input and recommendations in relevant areas, supporting the development of long-term strategies and detailed action plans;
  • Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor in managing day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with major in Banking & Finance / Risk Management / Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in banking and financial institutes would be an advantage
  • Responsible, detailed-mind, well-organized with good communication skills
  • Good command of Chinese and English in both spoken and written including Putonghua
  • Proficient in PC skills and MS Office applications
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Strategy Manager
