
We are currently hiring an Assistant Supervisor to help oversee services for adults with developmental disabilities at our Tuckerton Adult Training Center and affiliated community-based program sites. This position supports the day-to-day operation of programming focused on vocational development, independent living skills, and individualized supports that encourage personal growth and community participation.
Along with providing direct support to participants, the Assistant Supervisor will help coordinate staff activities, reinforce individualized program goals, maintain accurate service documentation, and assist in the delivery of employment-focused and skill-building opportunities.
Successful candidates will bring strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively with participants, families, community organizations, and external funding or oversight agencies.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $25.50/hour, paid bi-weekly, with overtime opportunities available
