The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the hotel's Food, Beverage, and General Store costs to ensure efficient operations and profitability. This role oversees inventory management, stock control, receiving procedures, monthly stock counts, and cost reporting. The Cost Controller works closely with all operational departments to maintain accurate inventory records, minimize waste, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
