Salary Range: $28.15 - $32.70 Hourly

SUMMARY: The successful candidate will assist the Corporate Chef to purchase, prepare and deliver menu items to corporate customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare or present items according to standards developed from corporate customer preferences
- Deliver prepared foods to corporate customers, on and off premises
- Aid in execution of corporate events on and off property
- Practice food safety at all times
- Understand and observe customer dietary preferences and restrictions
- Some car travel required on occasion
- Maintain confidentiality regarding food prepared and interactions with corporate customers
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent from scratch culinary skills
- Certified in food safety
- Able to interact directly with corporate clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays and nights
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- 3-5 years experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
