CLA is looking for an Assistant Controller with Nonprofit industry experience, to join our CAAS ( Client Accounting & Advisory Services) practice based in Connecticut. Opportunities are available in West Hartford and Shelton.
As a member of CLA’s CAAS practice, you will be an integral part of the CLA client service team and will work 1:1 with our clients to provide customized accounting services to support them as they manage and grow their business or organization.
You will be responsible for supervising the accounting team on each engagement which may include a combination of CLA staff and client staff. You are responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial statements and statistical information to the client’s leadership team as well as implementing the best financial and operational practices related to the client’s specific industry.
