This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer on-site in our Downtown Atlanta office.
Annual Salary: $125,000
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports
Maintain general ledger and oversee reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Lead and develop accounting staff
Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency
Qualifications
Strong experience in financial reporting, GL, and reconciliations
Solid understanding of AP/AR and payroll processes
Experience with audits and compliance
Advanced Excel and accounting systems proficiency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA preferred
Experience in transportation, parking, or multi-location operations is a plus.
