We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Controller to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the financial integrity and operational success of our organization by serving as a critical backup to the Controller. The Assistant Controller will oversee a wide range of accounting functions, including month-end close, financial and regulatory reporting, budget preparation, audit coordination, and daily reconciliations. You will also be responsible for supervising and developing accounting staff, leading regulatory submissions, managing payroll and tax reporting, and supporting ongoing process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments, work closely with auditors and external stakeholders, and contribute to the Bank's overall compliance and information security.
We are currently seeking qualified applicant to join our team as an Assistant Controller at our Wolfforth Banking Center. This schedule would be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
