What You’ll Do:
Assist in cash flow management and cost control, ensuring accurate reporting of costs and financial projections.
Support procurement by preparing subcontractor orders and ensuring they align with programme requirements and project budgets.
Collaborate with Production and Technical leads to identify risks and opportunities within designs and work packages.
Contribute to subcontractor account management, including valuations, re-measurements, and timely payments.
Produce detailed cost valuations, financial reports, and support the preparation of final accounts.
Assist in value engineering processes to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree-qualified or working towards a qualification in a relevant field.
A solid understanding of cost control, procurement, and construction processes.
Good knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems and Health & Safety practices.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
