WSP is seeking a motivated Assistant Construction Materials Testing Laboratory Technician to join our growing San Diego, CA team. This is a hands-on, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, learning technical skills, and contributing to high‑impact infrastructure projects.
Our San Diego laboratory performs over 150 accredited tests and supports a wide range of clients and agencies. Many projects require rapid turnaround times, meaning adaptability and strong work ethic are essential. In return, we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in materials testing and quality assurance.

Compensation
Expected Salary: $48,100 - $66,100
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
