What you can look forward to as Assistant Company Secretary (m/f/d):

• Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, 2013, the rules thereunder, Secreterial Standards and the Listing regulations, all applicable SEBI Regulations including the Takeover code and the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations
• Assist in convening and conducting Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including preparing agenda, notices, board papers and minutes.
• Preparation of Integrated Annual Report Including Business Responsibility & Sustainability report and coordinating with assurance auditor
• Drafting and maintaining required policies as required under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations and RBI guidelines
• Draft agenda resolutions, circular resolutions, minutes, notices, annual reports and other secretarial documents.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, and stock exchange filing requirements for a listed entity.
• Maintain Structured Digital Data Base (SDD) as mandated under SEBI PIT Regulations and make entries as and when required

Your Profile as Assistant Company Secretary (m/f/d):

• 1-3 years working in Listed Entitie
• The Candidate needs to have strong administrative, management, interpersonal, influencing communication skills,
• Should have strong meticulous attention to detail, ability to take the initiative, accountability.
• Should have collaborative mentality.
• Should have hands-on experience in handling compliance with respect to Companies Act & Listing regulations
