Silverbrook Apartments| Kalispell, MT | Full-time, on-site

$22-$23/hour + Commissions | Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Roundhouse is hiring an Assistant Community Manager at Silverbrook Apartments. You'll work alongside the Community Manager on leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and financial reporting, and build the skills to run a property of your own. What you'll own

• Collect and post rent, manage resident ledgers, issue late notices, and assist with collections and write-offs
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections, documentation, and deposit accounting
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident questions, concerns, and complaints
• Track maintenance requests and keep work orders moving to completion
• Handle lease renewals, violations, and notices in line with company policy
• Support leasing by giving tours, processing applications, and preparing leases
• Assist with invoices, occupancy and delinquency tracking, and monthly and annual financial reporting
• Keep resident files and CRM records accurate
• Drive community goals for occupancy, renewals, turn times, and a rental closing ratio of at least 35%
• Support marketing, outreach, and the occasional resident event
• Follow Fair Housing laws, safety procedures, and company policy

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of property management laws and regulations
• A real customer-service mindset and strong communication skills
• A desire to lead, on your team and in your community

A leg up if you have

• 1+ year of onsite multifamily or apartment experience
• 2+ years of sales or leasing experience
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, Appwork, or similar property management software

• $22-$23 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
