What You’ll Do:

• Assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations
• Support occupancy and delinquency goals
• Help train and guide on-site office personnel
• Maintain accurate rent roll, post payments, and process invoices
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns
• Ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of property management or leasing experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and team-focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience a plus
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
