What You’ll DoExecute various administrative functions including but not limited to: 

• Performing unit inspections
• Assist with move out documentation
• Walk vacant units
• Enteringthe system and tracking maintenance work orders.  
• Processing all accounts payable documentation.  
• Preparation and distribution of various community notices. 
• Perform other related duties as assigned.  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD / Section 8 experience a big plus. Or, 3 years previous experiencein a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience.
• Education:High School diploma, or associate’s degree is a big plus.Having COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHMis a plus–youwill be giventhechance to obtain as an associate.
• Dependability:Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Resident Focus:A commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued residents.
• Operational Excellence:You’re deadline driven, with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality.
• Technically Savvy:You have great computer skills and fluent with Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Yardi is a big plus.
