Salary Range: $12.77 - $12.77 Hourly

Bridgewater College is seeking a motivated and student-centered Assistant Men's Basketball Coach to join its NCAA Division III men's basketball program. This part-time position reports to the Head Men's Basketball Coach and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student-athletes both on and off the court.
The successful candidate will assist with coaching, recruiting, player development, and program operations while helping foster a competitive, supportive team culture that reflects the mission and values of Bridgewater College.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the men's basketball program
- Coach and instruct student-athletes during practices, games, and skill development sessions
- Recruit prospective student-athletes who are a strong fit academically, athletically, and personally
- Prepare scouting reports and assist with game planning and opponent analysis
- Mentor and support student-athletes in their academic, athletic, and personal development
- Help promote a positive team culture built on integrity, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence
- Ensure compliance with NCAA, Old Dominion Athletic Conference, and College policies and regulations
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Collegiate coaching experience and/or competitive collegiate playing experience
- Strong knowledge of basketball strategy, player development, and recruiting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet the College's vehicle insurance requirements
