Job Description

Overview
The Assistant Coach will work with current yard coaches to meet yard and company goals by running a safe and profitable yard.

Accountabilities
• Assist with non-ferrous scale, heavy equipment, industrial scale as well as the ASR desk.
• Ensure shipments are correct to post with matching receiving weights.
• Assist with upgrading material and increase knowledge of scrap industry.
• Ensure daily inventory numbers are accurate.
• Assist Coach with daily paperwork
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Assist with training new Team Members.

Qualifications
• Previous leadership role with ability to network and negotiate in a sales setting
• Strong conflict resolution experience

• Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
• Ability to multi-task
