The YMCA is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Swim Coach to deliver a high-quality, safe, and competitive swim team program for all swimming levels.

What You’ll Do
Creates and conducts swim practices as assigned by the supervisor.
Assists other coaching staff in supporting practices, meets and other team activities, keeping the program goals in mind.
May maintain records as required (attendance, progress reports, etc.)
Actively promotes YMCA Character Development and Core Values.
Presents a professional image at all times.
Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsWhat You'll Need
Must be 18 years of age or older
Competitive swimming experience or swim instruction experience highly preferred
Must be able to demonstrate swim stroke techniques
Obtain and maintain all new hires certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire
Any additional certifications as required by the YMCA or USA Swimming
