As a nursing leader, you will play a vital role in directing and coordinating patient care operations, managing resources, supporting staff, and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and advance our mission.
Lead and coordinate clinical and operational activities within assigned patient care areas, overseeing staffing, resource allocation, and fiscal responsibilities in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Manager. Serve as a key member of the leadership team, promoting collaboration across departments, supporting staff development, and driving high-quality patient care aligned with the organization's mission and strategic objectives.
Starting annual salary is $130,30 which includes a geographical differential. The listed salary reflects the potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

NOTE:
The ideal candidate will have a BSN, at least three years of Operating Room experience, and proven experience leading and supporting clinical teams. CNOR certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire, is required.
