The Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) supports and supervises the management and quality assurance of all clinical services provided by Nuclear Care Partners Home Care Agency, including the training and supervision of all clinical staff. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who is ready to grow into clinical leadership. Nuclear Care Partners is committed to training and mentoring the Assistant Clinical Director, providing hands-on leadership development, structured onboarding, and ongoing support. The ACD will gain progressive responsibility in clinical oversight, quality assurance, and staff development.
