May Institute is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director, Adult Services, based in Raynham, MA, to provide clinical leadership and support for our Day Habilitation program and adult services in the surrounding area. Supporting adults aged 22+ with autism and developmental disabilities, you’ll mentor clinicians, shape innovative programs, and collaborate with national experts to strengthen clinical care throughout the region.

What You'll Do
- Lead clinical training, supervision, and staff evaluation to ensure top-tier ABA services.
- Track client progress and refine intervention strategies using data-driven insights.
- Stay ahead of ABA research and best practices, integrating new methods into clinical care.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with ABA regulations.
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D).
- 1+ years of experience designing and implementing treatment programs.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
Compensation: $85,000-$90,000
