300 - 795500 PPP - Physician AdministrationThe Assistant Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of physician practice services department clinics and the direct supervision and management of clinical supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of assigned clinics to ensure efficient workflows, quality patient care, and optimal scheduling.
• Lead, develop, and support clinic staff, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coaching.
• Collaborate with leadership, providers, and staff to address operational needs and improve clinic performance.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing trends, and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Analyze operational data and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
Qualifications:
1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field, or a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated clinic or medical practice management experience, required.
2. Multispecialty and multi-site practice experience preferred.
3. Familiarity with Epic preferred.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred.
