Responsibilities

- Assess and process small amount accident and medical claims efficiently

- Review claim documents and ensure all information is accurate and complete

- Communicate with agents and medical providers to gather necessary information

- Maintain accurate claim records and prepare reports as required

- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations

Requirements

- Diploma or above in insurance, business, or a related field

- Experience in claims handling is an advantage

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused mindset

- Proficiency in MS Office applications

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
