-Location: Oahu (Honolulu, HI)
-Schedule: Monday to Friday (Must be eligible for emergencies, after hours, and weekends)
-Annual Salary: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00

Lead and inspire your team by overseeing all building activities and personnel management.
Set and maintain high work performance standards and establish standard operating procedures.
Availability to work 24/7, including on-call duties and weekend shifts.
Be the first to know and act—escalate significant issues to executive management within 24 hours.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies
Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services
Optimize workflows to save time and enhance efficiency while keeping error logs.
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, contractors, and team members to create a vibrant work environment.
Address and resolve performance issues across personnel, technology, and processes.
Manage budgets and maintain site standards, approving external vendor work with the property manager’s green light.
Ensure our site’s aesthetic appeal and functionality through regular inspections.
Keep track of inventory and equipment usage with precision.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and preventative maintenance, mechanical, and electrical issues, ensuring safety compliance.
Train security personnel in essential safety operations like fire alarms and building security.
Conduct daily checks on cooling towers and mechanical equipment for seamless operations.
Periodically inspect air handlers, exhaust fans, and timers to keep everything in top shape.
Manage work schedules and time sheets with impeccable organization.
Create, edit, and approve comprehensive reports on account status.
Collaborate with HR to write and issue disciplinary actions, ensuring a high-performing team.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent credential.
Relevant certification or degree in engineering or related field
Valid Hawaii Driver’s License is required.
Must pass HBM prescreen check.
Proven work experience in building maintenance and engineering
Knowledge of basic building maintenance and power tool usage.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of building management systems and operations
HVAC: EPA Universal Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Stellar public relations skills, with strong communication abilities.
Proven management/supervision work experience combined with engineering/maintenance skills.
Attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift, push, pull over 50-80 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform various physical tasks.
