
Hiring Salary Range: $206,000 - $274,667
Compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The actual offer may vary, reflecting the candidate's unique blend of experience, educational background, and skill level.
PURPOSE This role will serve as a key strategic partner to the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (EVP & CFO), providing financial and operational oversight to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. The Assistant CFO will play a critical role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability in support of Dairyland's mission to provide reliable, affordable, and responsible energy to our members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in corporate finance, accounting, or related fields, preferably within the energy or utility sector. MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
