This is more than an Assistant Centre Manager role. It’s an opportunity to build the skills, experience and confidence needed to progress into a Centre Manager position
You’ll work closely with an experienced Centre Manager, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of running a successful Kingswim centre. From leading and developing teams, driving customer experience and supporting centre performance, to being right there on pool deck and understanding what makes a great day at Kingswim, you’ll be learning what it takes to lead a centre of your own.

This is a full-time role, paid at $33.31 per hour (Level 7 Fitness Industry Award).
