Our opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Centre Director to assist the Centre Director with leading our team and managing the day-to-day operations of our Childcare Centre. Guiding and nurturing our children and team we know that you play a crucial role driving both educational outcomes and business success.
About you:
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Centre Director.
Qualification: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Vision: A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused environment
Growth Mindset: Ability to identify opportunities for growth, improve operational systems, and lead the Centre towards increased occupancy and success
Compliance: An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
