ASSISTANT CATERING MANAGER

Join our dynamic One Southwark Bridge Catering team as an Assistant Cateing Manager! We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to oversee and elevate our catering operations. If you have a deep attention to details, passion for trainig, exceptional customer service, and a flair for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

This a Monday to Friday role, leading a small team of 15, and you'll enjoy some time off on Bank Holidays!

As Assistant Catering Manager, you will:

  • Support all operations across restaurant, cafe and workplace, with a hands-on work ethic.
  • Train teams and monitor their progress, with focus on excellent service, standards, and a guest-first approach.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and profitability of all retail outlets.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, BoH and senior management on ordering, stock taking and reporting.
  • Deputise for the Retail Manager in their absence, providing feedback and ensuring standards and service continuity.

As Assistant Catering Manager, you will bring:

  • 2 + years experience as Assistant Manager in a similar workplace setting, ideally overseeing multiple outlets.
  • Experience training, motivating and leading a small team.
  • Understading of business costs and their controls.
  • Adaptability and openess to crossdepartmental contribution.
