Tobe responsible forpayment to all vendors,monitorageing and ensuretimelypayment to all vendors.
2) JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure compliance to the termed Vision and Mission statements, goals, objectives and values of the Company.
To check all invoices received must be attached with GRN and PO. Forservicesinvoices mustattachedwithservicereport and agreement.
Toallocateaccountingcode for each invoice.To prepare all payment for utilities,salariesand others payable.
To filing invoices for payment purposes.
To generatedebitnoteto other debtors and inter-company forpayment made on behalfonthem.
To do Supplier reconciliation in monthly basis.
To call or answer calls from suppliers.
Tomonitortrade / other creditors closely.
To perform any other relevant duties as and when required bysuperior.
Further instruction by the Top Management of RSH or KPJ as a whole.
Ensure to activelyparticipatein all quality initiatives and activities by the Company.
Other Responsibilities:
Ensure all policies and procedures of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS18001and MSQH Hospital Accreditation Standard are adhered to and recordsmaintained,if and whenthese programs are implemented.
Participate in 5S activities andcomply withthe specified requirements.
Ensure adhere to The KPJ Way/ Standard People Practice (SPP).
Ensure the policies on patients andfamily’srights are addressed at all times.
Ensure compliance toPatientsafety goals as safety improvement measures recommended by World Alliance for Patient Safety (2008).
Perform anyother duties assigned by thesuperior
Tocarriedout duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations 1994:

3) JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum SPM / STPM / Certificate of Accounting.
2years of relevant experience oran equivalentcombination of education andwork relatedexperience.
Liaise with theFinance Managerin thedecision makingpertaining tothe related work activities.
Demonstrates the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties thatreflectshighly on the hospital, thebrandand the Company.
Ability toidentifymarket segments,nichesand potential markets.
Willingness to do work after office hours/weekends/public holidays whenrequired
Microsoft office literacy.
Able to work well on multiple projects & meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibility and reliability to take charge of certain projects independently.
Willingto travel
Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
