As Assistant Cafe Manager, you’ll support the Manager in driving daily operations, leading engaged teams and maintaining premium service standards. Whether your strength lies in refined all‑day café service or leading a high‑volume, coffee‑driven operation, this is an opportunity to step into a hands‑on leadership role within one of Perth Airport’s standout venues.
Flexible availability across 7-day rotating roster is required, including early morning and eveining starts.
