Job Description

Colliers' Investment Property Management team is seeking an ambitious and proactive Assistant Building Manager to support the operational management of a prestigious portfolio of commercial properties. This role will be primarily based at Berkeley Square, one of London's most recognised business addresses, while also supporting a selection of other trophy assets across Central London as business needs require.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a market-leading property management team, working closely with Building Managers, occupiers, contractors and wider client teams to deliver exceptional service standards across some of the capital's most prestigious commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management and operation of Berkeley Square and other trophy assets within the portfolio.
• Assist in delivering a best-in-class occupier experience through proactive engagement and excellent customer service.
• Coordinate hard and soft service contractors to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed standards.
• Support compliance activities, ensuring statutory inspections, risk assessments and certificates remain up to date.
• Assist with service charge management, budget monitoring and invoice processing.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure any issues are identified and resolved promptly.
• Support sustainability, ESG and wellbeing initiatives across the portfolio.
• Manage occupier queries and building communications in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with emergency response procedures and business continuity planning.
• Maintain accurate property records and management reports.
