Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with business partners for the management, organization and coordination of assigned brand marketing programs, including but not limited to annual resort events, roadshows, theater shows, government events, sports events and collaboration production with different organizations in a self-manage manner.
Manage the production and marketing of any assigned programs, including but not limited to contract negotiation, designing program rundown, technical production scheduling, dealing with vendors on production items, show operation and marketing plan.
Monitor the progress of the assigned program. Immediate judgement and problem-solving skill are highly needed to tackle with ad-hoc issues.
Manage budget, costs, and timing of assigned projects.
Coordination with different relevant parties to ensure smooth happening of projects.
Discovery of marketing opportunities through collaboration with different BUs.
Work closely with BUs to communicate marketing insights, plans, status updates, and results.
Manage the production of event materials, including decorations, venue setup, leaflets, signages and collaterals. To ensure the product are produced on time and are of good quality.
Job Requirements:
Over 4 years relevant working experience in event management and marketing.
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Event Management, Stage Management, Project Management, Marketing, Communications or related field.
Commercial acumen.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation and capability in working independently and within a team environment.
Able to be multi-tasking with time pressure.
Strong attention to detail, able to work accurately while meeting tight timeline.
Interested in sports event will be a plus.
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese are essential, knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Duty on weekends or public holidays is needed sometimes if there is event happening.
