Title: Assistant Brand Manager

Function & Business Unit: Marketing, Japan

Location: Tokyo

Reports to: Marketing Director/ Brand Manager

• As Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role in supporting brand strategy and leading execution to fuel future growth, expand market share, and build brand love in Japan.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Brand Strategy & Planning
• Support the development of Mid-term strategy and annual brand plans
• Lead the market analysis of market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior on a regular basis to uncover actionable insights
• Project Management
• Initiate and lead projects aligned with strategic objectives, developing consumer-centric mix -concepts, products, and communications.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital and social media
• Conduct comprehensive post-launch analysis to inform future actions.
• Manage gate approvals budgets and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years+ of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG
• Strong analytical skills with logical and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams
• Fluent in Japanese, business-level English
• Agility and Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
