A day in the life at LION

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Brand Manager for Guinness Based in Sydney you will be part of the Craft and Premium Brand Marketing team.

Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager for Premium international, you will support the execution of this iconic global brand with brand campaigns, innovation projects, digital and content communications, customer activations and stakeholder management.

This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional to join LION, 2025 Supplier of the year and recently certified B Corp certification.

  • Execution of brand projects and tactical initiatives that unlock growth for Guinness
  • Coordination and fulfillment of admin and brand specification requirements (image libraries, product information sheets for example)
  • Ongoing reporting of performance and commercials
  • Support internal communication with quality and timely brand information
  • Support the execution of large-scale campaigns, experiential and partnership programs
  • Support our digital channels and help keep our online platforms engaging and on-brand.

To be successful you will bring

  • Tertiary Educated ideally in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Proven experience project managing marketing campaigns.
  • Very strong stakeholder engagement and management skills from internal colleagues through to external partners.
  • Strong learning agility combined with data and digital literacy
  • Exposure to Brand Marketing and Brand Management, preferably in FMCG/ food and beverage
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic plans and think innovatively
