
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic brand plans to drive growth, awareness, and positioning of the cosmetic product lines.
Extensive experience in market and commercial analysis to drive brand expansion.
Ensuring the brands visual identity, voice, and messaging are maintained across all marketing materials and campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative teams, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
Conducting market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
Assisting in the development and execution of the brands strategy in alignment with business goals.
Develop and execute brand marketing plans to meet clients' objectives.
Innovate new strategies to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Strong understanding of brand management principles.
4 to 5 years of experience in a similar brand management role or specifically within the cosmetics industry.
Must be located in or willing to work in Dubai.
Strong background in market and commercial analysis.
Solid understanding of brand management principles and maintaining visual identity.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, product development).
