Job Description

Business Area: Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages

Location: Gatwick (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)

Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience.

As Assistant Brand Manager, you will support the development of San Pellegrino and help deliver annual brand plans that strengthen brand performance. You will work across functions and agency partners to turn insight into action and contribute to commercial success.

Your Impact

This role plays an important part in bringing brand strategy to life, helping the business deliver growth, strengthen consumer engagement and maximise return on investment across key brand activities.

  • Brand Performance: Monitor results and translate insights into opportunities that improve brand outcomes.
  • Investment Management: Support effective budget planning and evaluation to maximise value from marketing spend.
  • Portfolio Development: Contribute to innovation and renovation projects that support long term growth.
  • Project Delivery: Help ensure key initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.
  • Consumer Engagement: Support impactful campaigns, events and partnerships that strengthen brand awareness and consideration.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across teams and agencies to achieve shared goals.

Your Ingredients for Success

You enjoy working in a fast paced marketing environment and can combine creativity with commercial awareness. You use insights to inform decisions, manage priorities effectively and build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Essential

  • Marketing Experience: Experience of working in a marketing or Assistant Brand Manager role.
  • Consumer Focus: Ability to interpret consumer insights and apply them to brand activity.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects and delivering against agreed timelines.
  • Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Commercial Awareness: Knowledge of brand performance measures and business objectives.

Desirable

  • FMCG Exposure: Experience within a consumer goods or food and beverage environment.
  • Innovation Knowledge: Exposure to innovation, renovation or product launch processes.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital first marketing approaches and campaign activation.
