Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Play key roles intakingNPDto marketincluding idea generation, preparation of business plans, P&L management, go to market planning for both AU and NZ, and post launch audits

  • Develop and implement annual advertising, POS,publicityand consumer promotion plans for assigned category portfolio

  • Liaise with agencies to develop & execute marketing & advertising campaigns

  • Monitor brand performance and develop consumer insights through research tools and reporting

  • Assistin strategy development including one and three-year plans

  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and manage monthly A&P spend

  • Communicate&coordinatecross-functional teams including Sales, Operations and Management

  • Perform assigned tasksin accordance withall Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies,programsand goals.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstratedstakeholder management skills with an ability to liaise with multiple departments/stakeholdersin order tomeet outcomes or deadlines

  • Brand management experience inFMCGor similaraccountabilities

  • Understanding of marketing processesand systems(e.g. Stage Gate, DAMs, etc)

  • Problem solver who canthink outside the box, with resilience to bounce back from setbacks

  • Project managementcapabilityon NPD, renovation,innovationor advertising

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to make recommendations

  • Ability to think strategically and translate this thinking into measurable actions

  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficiencyinproductivity and collaboration tools such as MS Office (esp.PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing,Communicationsor related discipline

  • Minimum2+years in marketing (or marketing related) experience

  • DemonstratedA&P cost management and forecasting/budgeting experience
