Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management
- Support line manager to develop annual brand plan based on the brand equity diagnosis, consumer insights, business analysis and competitor study. Drive adaptive marketing initiatives to respond the evolving market dynamics and consumer trends to achieve brand KPIs and business target.
Integrated Brand Campaigns
- Support line manager to conduct integrated brand campaigns from ideation to execution, including but not limited to media strategy, social communication, offline pop-up event, co-branding, etc.
- Communicate with Brand Company to refine creative assets and communication plan
- Closely collaborate with activation team to ensure campaign landing in channels on time
- Develop the owned media content strategy and social calendar (e.g. Wechat, Red, Douyin)
3. Operation Excellence
- Manage the day-to-day PO process under financial policy and guidelines.
- Manage the NPD/NPL process for new product launch, including the value chain, sales forecast, label compliance and supply.
- Foster positive relationships and communication with cross-functional teams, agencies and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals
Skill Requirement:
- 5+ years work experience in marketing
- Experienced in media, social and offline event planning and execution
- Have deep understanding in youth culture and youth life. With Consumer-centric mindset.
- Strong strategic thinking capability and ownership
- Good communication skills. Open to feedback
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- University graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
