We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results.


A day in the life of an Assistant Brand Manager

  • Be an integral part of the core business team contributing to the development of the business strategy, and implementation of brand marketing actions.
  • Develops and updates consumer portrait, understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers.
  • Contributes to the development of OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
  • Develops and updates consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand.
  • Responsible in managing PFME budget. Ensure effective and transparent use of PFME.
  • Responsible to ensure optimum communication with Sales and CCSD in order to develop an integrated approach to execute plans.
  • Assess market research/survey results, monitor competitor movements, analyse market trends, propose relevant strategies and action plans.
  • Ensure adherence to Nestle Quality, Legal, Regulatory & RIPA guidelines.
  • Responsible to maintain brand equity to support the execution of brand objectives.
  • Drive and maintain brand equity to support the execution of brand objectives.
  • Innovation and renovation activities of total product category- Execute innovation / renovation projects from product design to actual launch.


What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or other relevant fields
  • 2-3 years of experience in Consumer Marketing and/or CCSD field sales experience.
  • Has developed and implemented business strategies aimed at increasing brand competitiveness.
  • Working experience in Marketing or other fields at equivalent FMCG.
