Job Description

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our branch banking operations. Your primary focus will be on managing and supporting the inbound team, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to implement strategies, achieve targets, and maintain high standards of service.   • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and execute strategies for business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, account opening/closing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, promoting a culture of integrity.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance operations.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the banking industry, with a focus on branch operations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Proficiency in banking operations, including knowledge of products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with banking software and systems, including CRM tools and database management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of the banking industry.
