
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound to oversee the daily operations of our branch. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements, managing customer service processes, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of banking operations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates
Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery
Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits
Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT)
Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC
