Assistant Branch Manager – Construction Operations

Hourly Management Position | $28–$33/hour + Overtime | Monday–Friday, Saturdays as Needed

Pacific Partners Insulation South is looking for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to serve as the second-in-command of the branch and a key partner to the Branch Manager.

This is a broad management position with responsibility across operations, production, employees, customers, safety, quality, inventory, and branch performance. You must be comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, holding people accountable, and stepping in to lead the branch when the Branch Manager is unavailable.

What You'll Do

• Help lead the day-to-day operation and performance of the branch
• Provide leadership and accountability across field, production, office, and warehouse teams
• Monitor production, labor, material usage, job costs, overtime, and operational results
• Coach and develop employees and help maintain appropriate staffing
• Build strong relationships with builders, customers, employees, and vendors
• Resolve operational, employee, customer, and jobsite issues
• Support branch safety, quality, inventory, fleet, and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer service, and profitability
• Take leadership of daily branch operations when the Branch Manager is unavailable

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• 3+ years of construction or insulation experience preferred
• Someone who takes ownership, makes decisions, and follows through
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead people and hold teams accountable
• Working knowledge of construction operations, safety, plans, and job specifications
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Position requires a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Compensation & Schedule

This is an hourly management position, paying $28–$33/hour plus overtime.

The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, approximately 50 hours per week, with Saturdays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs., enter attics and crawlspaces, climb ladders and scaffolding, and perform other physical activities associated with construction job sites. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
