We’d like to welcome an Assistant Branch Manager responsible for providing an exceptional Member service experience by assisting the Vice President/Branch Manager in delivering the vision, leadership, knowledge and support necessary to branch associates.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITES:
With a sense of urgency and purpose, the Assistant Branch Manager assists the Vice President/Branch Manager with providing vision and leadership to branch associates and ensures the branch is exceeding Member expectations by empowering associates and maintaining a work environment which instills motivation, teamwork, and enterprising attitudes. This individual is dedicated to meeting our Member’s financial needs; meeting individual and Credit Union specific goals. This position is expected to step in as the branch leader in the absence of the Vice President/Branch Manager.
The person assuming the role of an Assistant Branch Manager must have ability to directly and indirectly supervise a branch team of any size and complexity.

PAY RANGE:
In accordance with California’s Pay Transparency Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:
$34.04 - $42.55
Actual pay will be determined based on a candidate’s specific qualifications, including their knowledge, skills, education and experience, internal equity consideration, as well as other job-related factors permitted by law.
