Job Description

Job Purpose

- Responsible for Boutique Project coordination and engineering maintenance, including general security, of Chanel Fashion and WFJ Boutiques.
- Responsible for maintenance Chanel image of Fashion, Watch and Fine Jewelry Boutiques by motoring and maintaining the physical condition of boutiques.
- Ensure the boutique environment is always in optimum condition from cleanliness to maintenance of furniture, fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Boutique Engineering Maintenance & Housekeeping
- Identify maintenance/engineering needs for all Fashion & WFJ boutiques
- Plan and control all aspects of maintenance, including electrical & mechanical maintenance, repairs and replacements within the locations and ensure that all work and equipment are in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Contact and follow up with contractors on scheduling, negotiation on quotation, prompt execution and quality control
- Visit boutiques regularly and conduct on-site supervision and inspection, provide recommendations and oversee repair, renovation, refurbishments projects
- Schedule routine maintenance and ensure quality & maintenance follow-up
- Ensure timely execution of maintenance work by scheduling both reactive and preventive work
- Loose furniture management, furniture/materials ordering, shipment arrival & implementation
- Assemble monthly maintenance report, feedback on work standard with contractors
- Annual maintenance cost analysis and planning, to ensure that maintenance expenses are within budget.

• Boutique Renovation & New Boutique Opening
- Work with RSDD re Boutique construction/Watch Boutique projects
- Review layout and execution
- BOH design
- Boutique repair/maintenance planning and follow-up
- Boutique furniture materials ordering
- Supervise maintenance quality
- Coordination with contractors regarding the above captioned (maintenance, retro-fits, main projects) incl. Fine Jewelry & Watch Wholesale

• Boutique Security
- Co-ordination with contracted security companies for all matters related to boutique security (incl. Fine Jewelry, prime first point of contact by boutiques: typhoon, emergency etc.)
- Establish & operate “key-holder” and emergency procedures

Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
• College / University graduates
• Major in Interior Design or Architecture will be a plus.

Work Experience
• 3-5 years related working experience in Interior Design or Visual Merchandiser
• Has project management experience will be a plus.

Required Competencies
• Well knowledge on computer graphic software such as AutoCAD / Illustrator etc.
• Show drive, innovation, good team work spirit.
• Good interpersonal skill, and open communication skills.
